Overall this is quite good. The clouds are very appealing and the rainbow going over them gives them more depth.
But, from how I see it, the wings don't match the body. The wings are a little too realistic compared to the still cartoonish body (I say "still" because this is from a cartoon) this is just strictly my opinion though and I'm sure the'll be people to disagree.
The ear looks a little off to me, i think you need to angle it a bit further back.
Im not sure, but where the front leg connects to the shoulder looks a little detached to me, its how you did the shading there, in the future I would suggest not making a connecting circle like that.
I do like how you made the wings look as though they would actually be able to carry rainbowdashe's weight and how you did the main and tail though <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
